The Talent Ladder certificate training programs are delivered in non-academic modalities in order to offer flexible, targeted, short term learning for employees. After  these certificates are achieved, they are also eligible for academic credit without any additional cost.

By helping you maximize your talent investment! We will help you evaluate your talent needs and align training and development that is targeted to develop and equip your people. We will also offer those people continued advancement by applying those training certificates to degree completion.

We have certificates that are validated through industry recognized and nationally standardized evaluations. We also evaluate all of our certificates for academic credit at IWU. We believe that all learning should be valued and act as a step to your next credential or degree.

Yes, there are funds available to assist you in your effort. We will help connect you to those funds made available through a variety of sources including the Indiana State Workforce Development office.

The Talent Ladder is an innovative department within IWU N&G that is intentionally connecting training programs to degree completion programs. They are working with professional training companies and innovative academic divisions to maximize the benefit of lifelong learning for companies looking to develop the talent within their organization at the entry-level or all the way up to the c-suite.
