The Indiana Wesleyan University/Talent Ladder has partnered with Life Recovery to offer three levels of training in recovery from a biblical perspective. This is all three training programs. Life Recovery Bundle: This 90-hour level of study will fully equip those desiring to help people in need of recovery, and those already in recovery, experience the transformation possible through working the 12 steps. This level will fully equip life coaches to effectively coach those with addiction, dependency, and emotional struggles from a biblical perspective.

The Indiana Wesleyan University/Talent Ladder has partnered with Life Recovery to offer three levels of training in recovery from a biblical perspective. This is the third and final course in the Life Recovery Training Program. You must take both the mentor and pastor training course before completing this training.

Life Recovery Coaching: This 30-hour level of study is designed to equip those desiring to help people in need of recovery, and those already in recovery, experience the transformation possible through working the 12 steps. This level will fully equip life coaches to effectively coach those with addiction, dependency, and emotional struggles from a biblical perspective.

This is the first course in the Life Recovery Training Program. You must complete this course before taking the pastor or mentor training program.

Life Recovery Mentor: This 30-hour level of study is designed to help anyone wanting a greater understanding of the biblical basis for the 12 steps and what each step requires. Misconceptions and misunderstandings about 12 step recovery are also covered It is for someone in recovery or someone with a family member in recovery. A counselor, coach or therapist wanting greater insight into how to help those in recovery would benefit from this level of study, however the entire 90-hour course is designed for those professionals.

The Indiana Wesleyan University/Talent Ladder has partnered with Life Recovery to offer three levels of training in recovery from a biblical perspective. This is the second in the Life Recovery Training Program. You must take both the mentor training course before starting this training.

Life Recovery Pastor: This 30-hour level of study is designed to equip anyone wanting to serve on a Pastoral Staff as a Life Recovery Pastor or serve alongside the Pastoral Staff to develop Life Recovery Groups or an entire Life Recovery Ministry in a church. Life Recovery Coaching Material is included because serving in this area will draw individuals to you who are struggling and those already in recovery.
